Alaina Suddeth was born Rossville, Georgia, on the 8th of November, 1994. She was married to Kristy Suddeth, and J. J. Suddeth. Her father works as an engineer for process in Chattanooga, Tennessee.Alaina started to perform at age three. Her first public performance in a children's choir, and then at a karaoke venue for a family vacation. The singer sang in church, in restaurants, during holiday weekends, and everywhere she could within a 30 mile distance. Alaina was a contestant in the Southern Stars Pageant at 8 and won. In the following year, she was invited for the Kids Talent Stage at the Chattanooga Riverbend Festival. The stage was a constant performance until she was 12 years old when she was awarded a competition which allowed her to be a part on the main stage at the Riverbend festival. At the age of 10, she traveled from Florida across the state to Orlando in order to compete in the American Model and Talent Competition. The event was won by the young lady, who was able to beat over 1,500 kids. Alaina performed as a member of Georgia Country Gospel Music association's Kids' Group. Her first visit to Nashville at the age of 12. She played at Tootsie's, a local bar situated on Broadway. Alaina is the winner in 2009 from Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent competition. Alaina got her inspiration to sing by observing Holly Witherow. Holly was suffering with a brain tumour. Alaina had worked at CiC's Pizza prior to becoming a part of Idol. She earned her degree from Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe School, Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
